Destiny 2: Trials of Osiris Rewards & Where is Xur (3/12 – 3/16)

After a couple weeks down, Trials of Osiris is now back in Destiny 2. Xur is here too, bringing his own Exotic wares for purchase.

The locations for Trials of Osiris and Xur rotate weekly, along with their rewards.

This weekend, Trials takes place on the Midtown map. The rewards for this return of the popular PvP event are as follows.

Trials of Osiris Rewards: 3/12 – 3/16/21

• 3 Wins – class-specific gauntlets
  • Hunter: Pyrrhic Ascent Grasps
  • Titan: Pyrrhic Ascent Gauntlets
  • Warlock: Pyrrhic Ascent Gloves
• 5 Wins – Igneous Hammer, Solar hand cannon
  • Perk 1: Aggressive Frame – High damage, high recoil. Optimized for long-distance shooting.
  • Perk 2: Celerity – Gain the following effects while you are the last living member of your fireteam:
    • Increased target acquisition
    • Increased handling and reload speed
    • Reduced flinch from incoming fire
• 7 Wins – Sola’s Scar, Solar sword
  • Perk 1: Caster Frame – Launch a heavy projectile attack. Heavy attacks are stronger with full energy. Attacks partially bypass elemental shields.
  • Perk 2: Thresh – Killing combatants with this weapon generates a small amount of Super energy.
• Flawless Run – The Messenger (Adept), Kinetic pulse rifle
  • Adept Mod: Random Adept mod.
  • Perk 1: High-Impact Frame – Slow-firing and high-damage. This weapon is more accurate when stationary and aiming down sights.
  • Perk 2: One for All – Hitting three separate targets increases damage for a moderate duration.

Xur Location and Rewards

This week, Xur is located at the Tower in the Hangar. You can find him on a balcony at the northern edge of the Hangar.

Xur’s Inventory

• Exotic Weapon – Monte Carlo, Kinetic auto rifle
  • Intrinsic Perk: Monte Carlo Method – Dealing damage with this weapon reduces your melee cooldown and grants a chance to fully charge your melee ability with each kill.
  • Costs 29 Legendary Shards.
• Hunter – Knucklehead Radar, Exotic Hunter helmet
  • Intrinsic Perk: Upgraded Sensor Pack – Provides radar while you’re aiming. Enhances your radar resolution while crouched.
  • Costs 23 Legendary Shards.
• Titan – Synthoceps, Exotic Titan gauntlets
  • Intrinsic Perk: Biotic Enhancements – Increased melee lunge range. Improved melee and Super damage when you’re surrounded.
  • Costs 23 Legendary Shards.
• Warlock – Winter’s Guile, Exotic Warlock gauntlets
  • Intrinsic Perk: Warlord’s Sigil – Eliminating enemies with melee attacks increases your melee damage.
  • Costs 23 Legendary Shards.
• Exotic Engram – Contains a randomly rolled Exotic weapon or armor piece until all are collected. If all are collected, then the Exotic Engram will give you a randomly rolled piece of Exotic armor.
